"Fuck Me Like You Love Me..." His own words resonated in his ears,
ringing achingly with every lash. He was meant to be a lawyer, he thought, but
things have ended up SO much better.
It's funny how life works out sometimes, from being an A-listing valedictorian,
to groveling for a pan of water! The attention was exactly what he had yearned
for, she treated him like the garbage he really was, and at the end of the day,
it's all that mattered. There is a certain sense of nihilism in his attitude
towards life, a morality that has long blurred the lines between pain and
pleasure, respect and disgust. He existed in that exciting place between person
and object. But one can only wonder how long can this state last? How long can
this equilibrium exist before he is tipped over the edge into a bottomless
abyss? [Nicolas Grefenstette] |
