A multimedia exhibition curated by Thomas Charvériat on behalf of island6.
On November 7th 2006, L’Atelier BNP Paribas and Labbrand organized a special event dedicated to the clash point between art and technology. During this happening, island6 presented a concept for re-examining relationships between art, science and technology both from a contemporary and historical perspective in order to highlight a new aspect of media art. island6 continues its investigation into new forms of contemporary art in the creative works of artists and media makers who dare to experiment, play, and wrestle with new technologies to present the progress of technological art characterized by interactivity, connectivity, and entertainment.
