Island6's Sculpture Garden

A new sculptural heart has emerged at the front of Island6 to become the new pole of attraction…
After one month of intensive digging, the biological pool is now the home of 18 charming little Trachemys Scripta elegans (aka: red-eared silder turtles) swimming around the beautiful Nympheae Albae. People stroll around, taking the sunshine and exploring a new perspective of Shanghai, surrounded by sculptural work from Yan Pijie, Guillaume Ségur and Steve Messam. The garden will continue to host, every month, new work from other young artists and enhance the sense of wonder one gets when wandering or resting among the sculptures.

The water pump and all the swimming-pool accesories were generously donated by Aquant Company.
